WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AT GNT:
Strong administrative support at GNT goes beyond completing a checklist.
A successful Administrative Coordinator learns the operation well enough to anticipate needs, recognize when something is missing, keep responsibilities moving, and communicate before something becomes a problem.
We value someone who can receive an assignment, determine the appropriate next steps, organize the work, follow through, and communicate the outcome.
You will receive training, procedures, and access to company resources. However, this position requires initiative and accountability after training. We are looking for someone who wants ownership of their responsibilities—not someone who requires continuous supervision to manage routine work.
Goodson National Trucking Company:
Professionalism • Accountability • Communication • Follow-Through.
